4149 Studio Activated for Dubbing Kids Content

Had to activate dubbing at 4149 studio to accommodate overflow of kids content English dubbing jobs at the Cityland studios.

For this ADR recording session I chose to go with this voice over chain

AT4040 mic
A Desings P1 preamp
Stam SA76 ADF compressor
Lynx Aurora interface

The result is a crisp and present sound very appropriate to the animation/cartoon program. The compressor setting allows for talents to go from whisper quiet to shouting dialogs with no fear of distortion/overload.

Mika’s Diary – English Dubbed Version

The English dubbing version of Mika’s Diary is now available on Youtube. It’s an original Brazilian Portuguese production that we have been asked to dub to English Neutral accent. We were surprised that our studio and voice talents have been credited for the English version on the video’s closing billboard.

English Dubbing Team Gets New 47 FET Microphone

United Studio Technologies’ FET 47 mic was deployed on dubbing duties today.

It will encounter lots of different voices for creating English version of a Brazilian Portuguese animation series. Animation dialog is full of dynamics from whisper quiet lines to shouting and explosions of emotions.

Voice Over for HP Printer 10 Centavos TVC

We provided the voice over talents for the main tagline and character overdub for this HP Printer TVC.

The voice overs were recorded at our Makati studio with a Neumann u87 microphone to API 512 preamp and API 525 compressor. Analog to Digital conversion via Apogee Rosetta 800.
