hey Chris, there are no certified Digidesign learning centers in the country yet, you’ll have to go to the USA for the 101. How about online at Berkelee Music.

how far along are you on Pro Tools anyway? IMHO, get an MBOX – you will learn a TON just by diving in, reading manuals and free tutorials on the net.

FYI, there are audio engineering schools nearby that offer Pro Tools 101 and 201. SAE in Singapore and Thailand, and another school in Malaysia.

whats up 2 whoever reads this, umm iwas just wonfering im from LA california and i was going to attend a school which offered recording eng. but i came out here by chance and was trying 2 find a skool out here, im currently i bagiou, but i was wondering if u can hit me up on any information on any schools that may offer recording eng. that would b great! until then takecare

There are no recording/audio engineering schools here in the Philippines. The nearest SAE branches are in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Your best shot locally is to apprentice with a recording studio.
